Eco-Explorations invites you to join them and enjoy a piece of Muskoka by canoe, foot or sea kayak. Day trips take place primarily in Algonquin Park and Muskoka/Lake of Bays (other locations upon request) and range from three-hour excursions to full day experiences. Choose from one of their listed tours or create your own unique adventure. Day trips are suitable for travellers of all ages, skill levels and interests. They design their trips with fun and safety in mind, providing every aspect from professional guides to equipment details.

All half and full day excursions include: professional guide and quality equipment. Lunch included with full day excursions. Prior to departing, the guide will explain safety procedures and get everyone equipped with paddles and lifejackets. During the trip, your guide will provide paddling instruction and interpretation of the local culture, history, flora and fauna is provided to make your excursion enjoyable, educational and fun!
“Algonquin Park”

Eco-Explorations offers half and full day canoeing trips to various locations within Algonquin Park. The destination is dependent on the time of year so that you can take in the most that Algonquin has to offer. Half day trips are canoeing only and full day trips include canoeing and hiking along one of Algonquin’s’ many trails. Lunch is provided with full day trips. This trip is ideal for small and large groups alike.

“Hiking”

Eco-Explorations offers hiking excursions and full day hikes to various locations throughout Algonquin Park. Hikes take place along established trails where your guide will provide interpretation of the local culture, history, flora and fauna, to make your excursion enjoyable, educational and fun!

“Sea Kayaking”

Sea Kayaking day trips are available on Opeongo Lake in Algonquin Park and on Georgian Bay at various locations. Limited numbers (generally 8 persons) apply to sea kayaking trips.
